Ultraman - 40 Years Anniversary Limited Edition (no. 256 / 1000)

     I still remembered I saw this 21 inch tall huge statue of Ultraman with a wooden based when I passed by one of the shops in China Square few years back in 2007.
     On the base, there is a metallic tag stated "Ultraman Limited Edition Type C - 40 Anniversary (256/ 1000)
There is a Front Round Button on the base which is actually the Motion Sensor, whereby any movement nearby will trigger the lights on Ultraman's eyes and the chest to bright up. Once activated, the Blue light on the chest will light up steadily for 20 sec before turning into a warning red light which will blink faster by each sec, symbolizing his solar energy leaking away as time goes by.
      I am always mesmerised  by figurines with led lights especially this one. I didn't take too much time to bargain or do some price search. Istill remembered the price was $350 as quoted by boss who was reluctant to reduce anymore.
      My memory flashed back to when I was around 5-6 yrs old as I looked at the new Ultraman figurine. I still remembered Ultraman series was broadcasted on TV on Weekdays from 6 - 630pm sharp. I was always sitting by the tv and waited anxiously for the show. Wow Times Really Flies..

Ultra Brothers Family

Finally my collection for Ultraman brothers and parents are completed. They brought back lots of childhood memory. The most difficult was getting Ultra Seven (top, last row - center). Waited for 2-3 years before Medicom actually released the 2nd version of Ultra Seven.

The Cape on Ultra Father (with the 2 horns) cost me $35. The idea was from the new Ultraman : Galaxy Legends movie in 2009.
